Color calibration of the monitor and the graphics card for view the photos at gamma=1.8

At balance the average brightness of every internal striped rectangle is the same as the brightness of the area outside it. You should achieve such brightness equality for the middle raw. The top raw and the bottom raw are destined only for indication how accurate is the balance at other luminance levels. It is impossible to achieve the precise balance in the all three rows simultaneously for some monitors and graphic cards.
It is desirable for black areas: the top internal rectangle is not visible or is almost invisible, the central internal rectangle is slightly visible, the bottom internal rectangle is distinctly visible. Though in some monitors the internal black rectangles are visible only if the brightness regulator is setted at abnormally high position.
